Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dreams 2 Reality LLC ("D2RU," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our services and website located at www.d2ru.com.

By enrolling in any D2RU program, purchasing services, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

What We Do NOT Provide:

3. PROGRAM TIERS & PRICING

Three program levels are available:

Starter Blueprint:

• One-time payment or payment plan available
• 70/30 revenue split on standard client deals
• Includes: Portal access, weekly calls, fulfillment team, discounted services

Pro Circle:

• One-time payment or payment plan available
• 100% profit retention on all deals
• Includes: All Starter features plus enhanced support and faster credit repair

Agency Access:

• One-time payment or payment plan available
• Includes: All Pro features plus CRM setup, funding deals (50/50 split), franchise broker fees (100%)

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Methods Accepted:

• ACH/Bank Transfer (preferred)
• Credit/Debit Card (subject to approval)

Payment Plans:

• Available for all program tiers
• Weekly automatic payments on Fridays
• No interest charges (0% APR)
• No prepayment penalties - pay off early anytime
• First payment due 7 days after enrollment
• Late fee: $25 per missed payment
• NSF/Failed payment fee: $25 per occurrence

Payment Plan Agreement: By enrolling in a payment plan, you authorize D2RU to automatically charge your designated payment method each week on the scheduled date. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds in your account.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to their terms of service.

5. REFUND POLICY

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with your program for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of enrollment by emailing [email protected] with "Refund Request" in the subject line.

Refund Conditions:

• Request must be made within 30 days of initial payment
• Refunds processed within 7–10 business days
• After 30 days, refunds may be prorated based on:
  • Coaching sessions attended
  • Portal access and materials downloaded
  • Services provided by fulfillment team
  • Revenue generated through the program

Non-Refundable Items:

• Setup fees (if applicable)
• Third-party service costs (credit bureau pulls, etc.)
• Revenue share earnings already paid out

Payment Plan Refunds: If on a payment plan, refund will be calculated based on payments made minus services delivered. Future scheduled payments will be cancelled.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your enrollment at any time by:

Cancellation Terms:

• Takes effect within 2 business days of request
• Access to portal and materials will be revoked upon cancellation
• Weekly payments will stop after current billing cycle completes
• Any outstanding balance on payment plans remains due unless waived per refund policy
• Revenue share agreements terminate upon cancellation

No Penalties: No penalties or fees for cancelling, other than any remaining balance owed.

7. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

By enrolling in D2RU programs, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account login
• Actively participate in coaching calls and complete training modules
• Follow program guidelines and recommendations
• Use materials and knowledge ethically and legally
• Comply with all applicable laws when operating your business
• Maintain sufficient funds for payment plan obligations
• Not share or resell proprietary training materials

8. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

No Income Guarantees: D2RU provides education, training, and business support. We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, or financial results. Your success depends on many factors including your effort, dedication, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

Testimonials and success stories represent specific individuals' experiences and are not typical results. Individual results will vary.

No Credit Score Guarantees:

For programs involving credit education, we do not guarantee specific credit score improvements. Credit scores depend on individual credit history, creditor reporting, and credit bureau decisions beyond our control.

Results vary widely. Some participants see improvements within 30–60 days, while others may take 6–12 months or longer. Some may see no improvement.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, videos, templates, scripts, and resources provided through D2RU programs are proprietary and protected by copyright laws.

You MAY:

You MAY NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute training materials
• Resell, license, or share access to the portal
• Claim authorship of D2RU content
• Use materials to create competing programs
• Share login credentials with others

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

D2RU, its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Binding Arbitration:

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Kentucky, rather than in court. Each party bears their own costs. Arbitration awards are final and binding.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

13. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate your access to D2RU services if you:

Upon termination, access to all materials and support ceases immediately.

14. GOVERNING LAW

15. SEVERABILITY

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

1. 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all program enrollments, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

If you're not satisfied with your program for any reason within the first 30 days, we will provide a full refund.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND (WITHIN 30 DAYS)

To request a refund within the first 30 days:
